Whose fault is it for the Gulf Oil Spill???

I think the person at fault for the oil spill is EVERYONE!!!! The workers who did not pay attention to the warnings, the person who did not create the materials properly, the CEO for not making sure that everything was alright, and US, the consumers for asking for the oil. Everyone on Earth depends on oil A LOT. So much that we can not live without it. We need the oil for heat, electricity, gas, and so much more!!! We should not JUST blame the factory that created the oil spill. We should blame ourselves to. Its not like they WANTED to create a disaster and kill HUNDREDS of ANIMALS. If they did they should go to jail but, it is highly not likely. The people at fault for this is us for always wanting MORE. Not just "yea I want just enough to live", its "OMG THAT LOOKS COOL I WANT THAT!!!" Meaning technically even though we are not the MAIN cause, we are at fault as well as the company who owned the factory of the Gulf Oil Spill.

BAD
1) BUILDINGS WERE GONE FROM THE PYROCLASTIC FLOW.
2) LAVA did not destroy the car/truck.
3) ASH DID NOT SUFFOCATE the people O.O
